"Dear Diary,
Done my chores early this morn & wasn't quite done when Rudy & Ruthie come for eggs. Est & I went home with them. Bills, Triggers & Jous (sp?) Schlabachs were also there for supper. Sue & Rudy are there with their new baby.

P.S. Marvin & Harvey also were there for supper. Mary Lou & Vern brought us girls home."
