"Dear Diary,
Got up 10:30 & went to Dave Y's for dinner. Went for cutter ride with Sam & Bessie in AM & with Dennis & Irene this PM. Had exchange tonite. Got 6 glasses, 2 place mats, stationery & Pen from Katie Bontrager. Gave Marv his billfold & cigarettes & he gave me big bouquet of plastic flowers in vase & candy dish with candy."
