"Dear Diary,
Had a ball today! Dennis, Anna Y., Sam, Bessie, T.B., Alma, Marv & I went on a picnic in the Sherman Hills. Stopped at Sam's then went swimming in Perrin Lake. Bessie, Alma & I got ourselves all wet & weren't in suits. Went to Pete's for snack & listened to records. Tubby's record player."

Can someone help me with who Tubby was? I thought it might be Tuffy and, in fact, an upcoming entry actually mentions Tuffy. But it sure looks like Tubby in this post.
