"Dear Diary,
Long day. Jake's stopped in on the way home from church. I had dinner ready so Jake's stayed for dinner. The gals stayed & Dad went home with Jake's. They finally named the baby Devona. Marv come down early. We went to Nottawa for some ice cream for supper. He went home at 12:10."
