Dear Diary,

Bad day at work. Still no letter from Harry! Another blue nite. Stauffers and I hunted for Schraders in Sturgis tonite. Come home. Finally came.  Went to David D for eats. Sad goodbyes.

Worked - walked up town. Letter from Anna Belle - none from Harry!  Blue tonite - thinkin about Marv & Harry & Stauffer girls.

Dear Diary,

Almost overslept - clock don't work. Shawn came early & waited few min. Walked uptown. Done 86 doz. No letter sorta looking. Esther at Pete's all night.

Monday, January 28, 1963

Dear Diary,

Teed, Else, Est & I got up and had breakfast together. Acted real crazy. Done 84 dozen at work. Tonite us four girls went to Joe Y's to see Edith - had fun.  Played Blind Rook. Walked uptown.

Dear Diary,

Went to church with Teed & Else. Went to Vernas for dinner. Come home. Bills came. Wrote a little. Fan & Ray stopped. Went to singing. Girls stayed.

Dear Diary,

Mom, Est, Don & Mer went to dentist - I had baby & also Gregg & Jeff. Didn't get to much done. This aft Est, Else, Teed & I quickly finished cleaning & went to laundromat.

Back to work - Done a little shopping. Wrote to Harry this PM. Mom & Dad butchered at Pete's today.
